I acknowledge and understand that by registering with WeFAM, my shop/salon's name and/or logo will be advertised on the back of all WeFAM vouchers printed within a 5-mile radius of your shop/salon's location, WeFAM app, website, and other marketing collateral free of charge.

I acknowledge and understand that I will be paid $15.00 for a haircut, $25.00 for a haircut and shave, $35.00 for wash and set, or $60.00 for a chemical relaxer.

I acknowledge and understand that all WeFAM Vouchers are to be processed immediately for payment and that no services are to be performed until a payment is approved and received.

I acknowledge and understand that discrimination is intolerable against any persons on the grounds of race, color, age, marital status, familial status, national origin, ancestry, sex, mental disability, learning disability, lawful source of income, sexual orientation, or physical disability (including but not limited to blindness or deafness).
